Job description
DMS Property Maintenance is a long-established, family-run business delivering responsive repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services across Kent. Since 1998, we’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship, reliability and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage a bathroom refurbishment from strip-out through to completion. Working within occupied and void properties, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality bathroom installations while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and customer care.

Key Responsibilities
- Full bathroom rip-outs and refits
- Installation of baths, showers, toilets, basins and sanitaryware
- Fitting aqua panels and waterproof wall panelling systems
- Wall and floor tiling where required
- Pipework alterations and repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and professional working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong plumbing background
- Experience fitting aqua panels and completing full bathroom refurbishments
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing
Salary:
- £40,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Tradesmen : 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Clean driving licence (required)
