Dear all, Just want to say a huge thank you to you all, especially Lee, for the positive and supportive way in which you work with us, not only on a day-to-day basis but also when we have urgent and serious issues occurring such as we have over the last couple of weeks. It really is much appreciated.

The people who did the sink were brilliant and friendly, being a person of domestic abuse they made me feel comfortable in my own home, I've had one of the operatives a couple of times now and always great, the safe word is also a really good idea thank you.
