Paul has been a member of the DMS team since 2012. Paul started with us as a carpenter with over 15 years previous experience working on building sites, extensions and loft conversions. With the help of DMS, Paul was promoted as a site foreman in 2014 and then on to a Project Manager in 2016. DMS then supported Paul in furthering his career by helping him to obtain a building surveyor qualification via the RICS academy. Paul continues to study in the prospect of achieving the APC to become chartered in building surveying this year.
Paul has extensive knowledge in all trades and works hard to ensure all works are finished to a high standard. He ensures all voids, planned works and extension works keep to a strict schedule to ensure maximum efficiency. Paul will also be heading our new surveying services this year.
