We have been providing cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services in social housing since 1998.

During this time, we have invested in recruiting an experienced and stable workforce who understand the environment we operate in, implemented effective management controls including proven processes and procedures, and have developed an experienced management team led by our Managing Director Fiona Senior.

Customer care is how they feel throughout the process, from being greeted when they report a repair, the behaviour of the operatives when working in their home, how they are kept informed throughout the process and how they feel once all the works have been completed.
