How we achieve this

We have been delivering projects, planned works & voids to social housing and private landlords since 1998.

During this time, we have invested in a team of experienced managers, supervisors and an in-house workforce who understand the environment we operate in, implementing effective management controls including proven processes and procedures, led by our Managing Director Fiona Senior.

We deliver high-quality planned works and void refurbishment services tailored to the needs of social housing providers across the UK. We understand the importance of maintaining housing stock and minimising vacancy periods, and our experienced team works efficiently to upgrade, repair, and prepare properties to a high standard. From scheduled improvement programmes to full void turnarounds, we partner with housing providers to ensure homes are safe, compliant, and ready for residents as quickly as possible.

We recognise for our clients we are the face of their organisation. We also understand that customer service is the smooth and efficient delivery of a repair from its initial reporting through to completion.

Customer care is how they feel throughout the process, from being greeted when they report a repair, the behaviour of the operatives when working in their home, how they are kept informed throughout the process and how they feel once all the works have been completed.
