this service as we were continually encountering costly repairs that could have been prevented. Our property health
check has been built to save residents stress in an emergency whilst saving landlords time and money.
We will complete a site inspection health check then provide you with a full report including:

Isolation valves locations and requirements

Man hole and drainage run analysis

Silicone, mastic finishes intact and in good order

Loft insulation condition and loft hatch access
•
