Once works are authorised the job will be activated on our bespoke IT system, the manager will start preparations and contact you to agree a start date. The site foreman and team are set in line with the skill sets required for the works, a programme of works is generated / provided to you with a site set up meeting completed prior to works commencement. The site foreman submits daily updates including progressions and photo evidence, you are provided with weekly updates in order to save you time. Stage sign offs are completed to visually prove works have been completed to standard prior to completion, stage payments are planned throughout the project where possible. Completion sign off inspection / meetings are held on site to ensure no snagging and that works are fully complete and signed off to standard. Photos below show a sample of works we have completed.
