Doug is Chairman and founding Director of DMS, he established the company in 1998 as a sole trader and has with over 40 years of experience within the building and repairs industry and over 16 years experience within the caretaking, cleaning, gardening and repairs industry for both social and private landlords.Doug currently oversees all of the operational duties of our operatives ensuring exceptional standards are delivered and maintained and we remain fully compliant with all legislation, regulation and standards. Along with his Chairman's duties Doug is also responsible for ensuring DMS remains sustainable and up to date with key initiatives, development and innovation within the repairs, caretaking, gardening / grounds maintenance and cleaning sectors.
Name: Fiona Senior - Managing Director
Fiona joined DMS in 2003, Fiona is Doug's daughter and joined the company brining with her extensive operational and business management experience, previously managing teams of over 150 employee's. As Managing Director Fiona holds a number of key responsibilities and also oversees all areas of the company, including ensuring contract compliance, the planned and structured development and growth of the company, management and completion of tendering opportunities, financial management and ensuring that the highest level of service are maintained via Team Meetings, Site Audits and Site Inspections. Fiona's hard work, skills and experience have grown DMS to over 30 employee's and have doubled the Companies turnover. Both Fiona and Doug remained operational until 2005, completing all tasks themselves within the repairs, cleaning, caretaking and gardening services.
